The dojo loach is a tropical breed of fish. They are the decendants of an ancient breed, the stone loach. In the wild, they can be found in Asia, but can be domesticated into fish tanks. They eat sunken stuff off of river or tank floors. They even eat tiny snails. They are also known as weather loaches, or oriental loaches due to their Asian origin. Most other loaches aren't golden, just this breed. Most are silver, brown, or black. Other loaches, such as the clown loach, aren't long and eely. They are short and stubby. The butterfly loach is more stingray shaped. I have one in mine, and his name is Loachy.
