The Yokahoma chicken is an Asian chicken with long feathers on their tail. They have the longest tail feathers of any bird in the world, if you can beleive that. They are a common type of breed in Japan. They started out in China, but started breeding in Japan, officialy making them Japanese. They are related to the phoenix chicken, but they are mostly red and have one comb, as opposed to the yokahoma's white feathers and walnut comb. They aren't very big despite their huge tail, only about four to five pounds. They have odd, yellow-creamish colored eggs. They got their name from the port where they were transported.
