The hooded seal is an arctic mammal that is like most other seals in many ways. They swim, abandon the adorable little pups that they work so hard to have, and hate Canadians. But what makes these so special is that the males blow out the red lining of their nose, as seen in the picture. They can blow it up to the size of their heads. The only thing weirder then exploding seal noses is that they do it because the girls find it attractive. Maybye you should try it. Or, if you can't get a girlfreind, bring this guy up. "You think I'm weird, the hooded seal blows it's nose out to get a girlfriend!" There's still hope. I wonder what happens when they sneeze? Another fun thing about these guys is that despite their tiny head, they can weigh 900 pounds!
